Thanks for all your help! I will contact the bank and see what our options are.
Bankruptcy will be difficult. I have absolutely no idea what to expect. It terrifies the life out of me. Have been looking through the bankruptcy forum on here but again, there is lots of scary info!
Will also make an appt with CAB to discuss.
Thanks again for all your help and words of encouragement.0 -

Thanks again for all your help and advice.
I wanted to get some opinions. We are pulling together all the info for the bank and we know in our heads we no longer want to live where we are and pay any more money into it.
We have seen a rental property we love and they don't come up in our area very often. Should we just bite the bullet and move??
We have stopped paying our mortgage and have got to stage we just need out.
Any help and advice much appreciated.0
