I have been directed to this site by a friend, who swears its the best place to be.
I have been totaly useless with money the whole of my life. I have read quite a few posts on the forum and although my debts are small to some £1600 approximately , there is only my wage coming in the house, plus my housing and council tax benefit and I am just digging myself into a bigger and bigger hole, with 3 payday loans. They are costing me £300 a month.
I have done what I have read on here and changed my wages to another bank account. My next wage in 2 weeks will go into new account.
Would anyone be able to tell me, will payday loans except standing order payments if there is no other way to get thier money, as my old bank account will be empty when when wages don't go in. I will need to ring them to set up some sort of payment plan.
Without these payday loans, my wages and benefit will be enough to live on, so must get them sorted and paid. Bl:mad::mad:dy mad with myself now for getting them in the first place.
Thank you for reading

Glad you came here for help... We can encourage and cheer you to the finish line with a little cajoling and pushing along the way!
Re the Payday loans -you can only ask. Post up an SOA (Statement of Affairs) as many beady eyes will help you cut things down, show you cheapo recipes from your cupboards stockpile and more than likely advise the selling of "anything not nailed down" on eBay.
I know someone will come along the SOA template for you to fill in but perhaps tell us where your money goes each month - rent / bill etc.. Travel? and all the other little bits inbetween.
Have you used eBay before?

Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent".0 -

I don't think any company has the right to demand how you pay, so long as you do pay. Just tell them you're not willing to authorise them to take a variable amount from your account each month (direct debit) and you'll either pay by standing order or manually. What will your verse be?

Thank You for reading and responding. I am also useless with paperwork, shred it and hope it will go away .
I will spend tomorrow doing the best i can on SOA but I doubt be 100% accurate but ill do the best I can. I do not have the interest rates on my PDL.
Thank You once again for your help.0 -
Payday loan companies should accept payments online as a one off card payment. This is the easiest option as you decide when and how much you pay each month without having to alter anything with your bank. If you do manage to arrange a payment plan with the lenders, make sure you either make the payments manually or by STO. They are under no obligation to stick to the payment plan, and in many cases they don't. Most importantly, make sure you do not have a CPA set up on your card otherwise they will continually try payments of varying amounts as many times as they choose.0
