Imedeen Time Perfection

I am thinking of getting some of these, but wanted to ask first if other people have used it or had any success with it? A lot of people swear by it. The price is what puts me off trying it, though I think you can get it cheaper on sites like EBay.

Has anyone taken Imedeen, and did you notice any difference in your skin?

If there are any better or alternative supplements for problem or ageing skin I'd also be interested to know :)

thanks

I find regular exfoliation and kaolin masks have worked for keeping my skin nice :)

    No experience of supplements though!

I tried these as part of a trial a few years ago, I ddnt notice any difference expect greasier skin, spots and I found it difficult to sleep, try 1000mg per day of evening primrose oil instead, I had much better results with that:)
:happyloveThank you, thank you, thank you :happylove

    What's a kaolin mask?

Kaolin's a white clay powder, it's the basis of a lot of commercial masks, but you can buy it in bulk from beauty suppliers and cheaply make your own mask - mix to a paste with water and slap on. Some people swear by rosewater as the best thing to mix with but I find good old tapwater just as good.

I took these for one year (I think it was in 2010), as the blurb said that skin got denser and moister after 12 months of use. I did not see a difference to the appearance of my skin, I'm afraid.
However, I did notice on a holiday in France that my skin was not getting ravaged by the sun as it usually does but actually got a pleasant and even tan. I usually go red and get rashes despite using a decent spf.
But I don't think it was worth the cost and I expect that there are cheaper versions of this supplement around now.
  • I took part in a 3 month free trial with Imedeen, and noticed no difference inmy skin tone or texture - not even a placebo effect!
