Yay Me!!!!
I was shopping today for OH's birthday present (it's tommorrow) when I spotted the most amazing bag - my palms went sweaty, my mouth ran dry and suddenly my credit card in my purse began to burn a hole in my pocket...
I looked at the price tag - £60 and started to reason with myself to why I should buy the bag... I had been so good recently... It's only one bag... It's a birthday treat (It's also my birthday tomorrow as well as the OH - weird eh!!)... It's so pretty... I've not spoilt myself in ages...
But then something amazing happened - I put the bag back on the shelf - didn't care if the shop assistants were looking at me like I couldn't afford it and walked out!!!
£60 richer - yay!!! :T :T Just want to say thanks to everyone's support and it's due to this website that I walked away, I would have never walked away from a bag before (or shoes)

One bag down - £60, happiness and self-respect up.

Its great when that happens but just think when you are debt free then you can buy as many bags as you want.

I was in costco the other day and I saw a lovely bag, actually it was bag perfection. Then I saw the £695 price tag and slowly but lovingly walked away. A £700 handbag in costco??? the world has gone mad. Well done for resisting, these things are huge victories and show how much closer you are to being debt free.:A
