Hi all,
I posted on this forum regularly just before my BR but I didn't want to post with my original login as I am aware OR's look on these pages.
I will be automatically discharged next month and my OR still hasn't confirmed if we will be put into an IPO. I provided the budget forms and receipts they requested a couple of months after the BR. They never got back to us. At the beginning of the year we was issued with a new budget form, even though the OR had confirmed he had received our original one together with receipts. I asked them to confirm they still had it in an email. I have never received anything from them. I have sent emails confirming changes in income (decreased income) again still no reply. I am stuck with what to do. Do I chase them or just sit quietly and let my discharge come through.

I would sit and wait. You have done all that is required of you.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

That's what I thought, after AD they can't come back though can they and say we didn't do your budget properly and then put me into an IPAS. To be honest there was barely anything left anyway it just worries me. When I read some of the problems that other people have had with their OR it seems I have been very lucky :-)0

the other thing is my OH was given a nil tax code yet work have still continued to take tax from him, on his P60 he still states his previous tax code and not the nil one which he received a letter about. It all seems very confusing!!0
