Thank you howsaboutit! :D I picked this up today, but unfortunately the 200 point offer didn't come up for me today at the machine! A very good deal even without the 200 extra points :T

mimi1234 - shocking! I bought my stuff from the big Boots next to Bond Street Station in London and the lady was readily plugging both offers, and substituted the exfoliator for another 30ml exfoliator she had which was not in the offer but offered it because she thought that it would be more suited to my skin, and also threw in a couple of extra 5ml samples! I don't understand how this happened to you - clearly they have a screw loose!

I went to the big Boots store in Leeds yesterday and had a bit of a battle with the assistant before she gave in and agreed to give me both offers.

She was trying to tell me that it's supposed to be that the promotionele run as separate entities, so you would actually have to buy four items to get both offers but that as a gestudeerd of goodwill they were giving both offers if you both three items.

I argued that the promo material does not state that the offers cannot be taken in conjunction with each other and that as other Boots stores are giving both offrs with purchase of two items, it's wrong that Leeds are not doing. Hopefully the more customers keep pointing this out, they will stick to the promotiinal conditions rather than making up their own

Thanks girls. I did phone the Leeds store up and the wench that served me picked up, she was apologetic and said come in and get your free gifts and I asked her who was going to pay the train fare there which she could not answer. I don't get why she could not just let me have the offer which was being promoted.

I suggest everyone that has been ripped off phone the store and ask to speak to the store manager, phone Boots head office and email Clarins too. It's not on! I would understand if the massive billboard behind her said "buy 3 and get the free gift" but it clearly said no. In future, Clarins should put on their FB page that the offeris for all stores and departments apart from Boots Leeds Bond Street.

I bought 2 products, but did not get the extra 1000 points ... but my items were body skincare not facial skincare.
Can anyone else who bought 2 products confirm if their extra points were added automatically?

Hi debsjc - my points were added automatically assistant showed them to me on my receipt. I bought one skincare plus some make-up. I think for the extra points you needed to buy at least one skincare product. A bit mean that the SA didn't mention this to you at the time.

Thanks PurplePea -I didn't ask, because I was happy to get the gift with what I bought, so I didn't want to rock the boat! I still got a great deal :-)

The extra 1000 points at Boots ended yesterday. If anyone still wants the free gift, the offer ends on Sunday this week, so go go go go!

Debenhams still have the 500 extra beauty points if you spend more than £40, so you would get the points and the beauty gift set too.

I once asked clarins lady at counter for serum she asked to me buy 70 pounds one which I did. After a while I went tk boots in one of the beauty days and clarins lady asked me which products h have been using I told her she Saud that serum is for mature old skin not like your 30yr old.i was a bit unhappy and called the customer services in London and told him ur staff doesn't even know what's the right skin care for the customers skin.he apologised and I sent him an almost empty bottle (I had used for 3 month)he sent me back the correct serum for my skin and also a brand new big pot if day cream. I was really pleased.
