I did it via e-mail on their website,"customer services" then "How do I claim a price match"

I provided a link to the TV and a link to the voucher.

I got a reply 2 days later, including a reference number.:beer:

Can you help advise how you got / can get JL to accept a price which is lowered by a voucher code? I tried to do a price match with JL (for the same TV) for the 5% off offer with Hughes Direct (same company family as Bennettsonline I think) and JL advised they do not price match voucher code prices...
