I know how you feel about the re-mortgage thing! Waiting for ours to complete too - can't wait as we're fixed in for 10 years and the relief will be tangible as we sooo can't afford any interest rate hikes.

Also I am dying to know if we will have any £££ left over too! :D

Your mum and dad let you drink even when you have school the next day?

giggle............old saying going back to my 14 years going out with a teacher.........

Sea78 - I've got an old greasypalm cheque I found from January  i'll pop into town tomorrow. Apparently the big PO will change it without needing a receipt. Bit of an odd thing -she said 'we aren't allowed to change it without a receipt  '

I can't wait to escape the evil clutches of GMAc 'brand new customers only'. They have a mad rule that after your redemption period is up then the onlyway you can get a new deal with them is to go to a mortgage advisor and if they have the best deal then re-sign up with them! I will finally be getting a decent rate fixed for 3years as long as there is nothing last minute to mess it up.

    Goodbye 8.03% and rising , hello 5.49%

wow that was quick!! Only just had time to re-fill the glass!

I have 10 (was 12) bottles of red to get through. I bought them 3 years ago in my pre-MSE/DFW days (ie it wasn't £3.49 a bottle!). I didn't realise at the time it was a kind of reserve for later/grapes still on the bush order!!! It arrived about two weeks ago and i'm awash with the stuff.

Apparently though it will keep for another 6 years..........[/quote]

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Bet it doesn't!!!!!!! Glass for me please!!!!!!!

They're magical cases. Each case has another 2 cases inside it, ad infinitum.
