They say "recipients of promotional email only", but they didn't ask me anything to check this out when I called.
They will offer you a "three issues for £1" offer as well - just say no if you don't want to give your bank details, you won't lose the free issue.

Offer limited to the first 10,000 callers. UK delivery only. Offer applies to issue of Radio Times on sale between 5-10 June for programmes between 9-15 June. Only one free copy per household. No cash alternative is offered.
