ccj help please

my mum recently did a credit search and found 2 !! CCJ.... she knew nothing about these and had no paperwork..... now she is divorcing my step dad and wants to sell her house so will the CCJ be attached to the house. ive tried ringing the land registry to see if a charge has been put on the house but they told me to do it online and i cant seem to find which form I need.... argh !!!! please help xx

shes done the search but it just coming up Northampton court CBBC. 1 was in 2007 and another in 2011 ..... no paperwork has been sent to her so im scared in case I ring the court and they start wanting money off her.... im buying her house to make sure she doesn't lose it but we were buying it at a fraction of the price its worth so I can afford it and she don't have to move xx0

Go to the Land Registry site and look for public/ online services. Sorry I can't post the link here.
Their registration process is over the top but you can get a copy of the entries for the property. You need to look for references to a charging order or a restriction if the property was jointly owned.0 -
Our online FAQ explains how you can obtain information for a property registered in England & Wales.
As oldsmokie mentions if you wish to view/download the information then you would need to register and pay a fee (£3 for a copy of the register). You only need to register and then pay a fee if you decide to purchase the register.
If you prefer to apply by post then you can do so using form OC1 as directed in the FAQ. The fee for that service starts at £6 for a copy of the register.
Our online Practice Guide 76 explains how COs can be protected on the register. Section 4 is relevant if the title is in her sole name whilst section 5 applies if in joint names.“Official Company Representative
