Bloody fake INR's!!

It was only a £1.50 item but he said he hadnt recieved it so I sent him another...didn't recieve that one so ended up refunding.
I know its only £1.50 but I was looking at this guys feedback and its all postive/postive.
I still had a bad feeling about this guy so I looked at his feedback more closly and he has left glowing feedback for his sellers...but only about 25% of them (compared to feedback left for him)
My guess is he pulls this quite alot but hides it by not leaving neg feedback and leaving feedback for some of his sellers....
Thing is I *could* go round and email every seller in the last month or so that he hasn't left feedback for and I bet I would get a few saying he's claimed INR's but even if I could prove he does this on a regular basis and put it to ebay they wouldn't listen.
And before you say it *yes* I could be wrong but I find it hard to belive someone who leaves such nice feedback for such a small amount of his sellers isnt up to something....plus I know it is possible for letters to go missing but what are the chances of two? Espically since the 2nd was well written/checked properly for being sealed/address double checked.

People don't know what they want until you show them.

Did you do the obvious things like check the buyers address and local delivery office?0

Was the Ebay house address different from the Paypal house address?0

Raise two claims seperately with Royal Mail. You will get a book of stamps for each claim. (you are perfectly within your rights) Hopefully, he will get more and more of Royal Mail's survey about missing items turn up until he becomes a blight on Royal Mail's radar.Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise. It's times like this that leaving FB for the buyer saying "sorry to hear that neither the item nor the replacement arrived".
It should indicate to any other buyers who are suspicious that it's a common occurrence.
It's not really leaving a false positive, as you're just commenting that you're sorry it didn't arrive.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
Agree with pinkshoes! if you have already left feedback when you posted you can follow it up with another comment.0

Even better, as that draws attention to it!!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')

EXACTLY the same thing happened to me. Had a gut feeling, emailed other sellers and 11 other sellers responded and said their items also went missing to this buyer. After countless phonecalls to eBay they did NOTHING. Seller had my item and money.
They left a neg (this happened about a month ago) and this morning I looked at my feedback is back to 100% so eBay must have removed it.
Defo leave a comment as other have said along the lines of, sadly didn't recieve the item,
Only a few bad apples that let eBay down sadly.:heart2:Mummy to a beautiful little girl:heart2:

It was only a £1.50
Yes, exactly, forget it and move on, come on man, lives too short.....ebay have warned them and removed neg feedbacks now so not your problem any more.NB...People online who are here asking advice for "my friend" they really mean "myself" :eek:0 -
Leave feedback saying sorry your item didnt arrive. Refunded in full.
If sellers started doing that it wont be long before you see the repeat offenders.
I dont think posting that gives ebay any reason to remove it?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
