noddle wont give me credit report...

They don't really give a reason why.. Just says try again another time. I've tried once a week for the last four weeks..

Anyone else had this? How is it resolved?

I've had this too. I assume it's because my debit card only was issued in January.

It's frustrating but i think I will invest £2 in an Experian report every six months from now on.

I had this before when using my main card which is a visa electron card. I also have an account with the co op that says visa debit so I tried that on the off chance and it worked without any problems.

I am now a Noddle customer and receive my report monthly from them. However, when I first applied for it, I was put onto a waiting list. I wonder if they are having problems with capacity. Perhaps it would be worth contacting them by phone? Better than the costly alternatives...

I had problems when I first signed up as I wasn't on the electoral roll and they couldn't verify my identity automatically. I signed up for the electoral roll and joined Noddle about a month later.

I signed up to Noddle a while back with no problems (although I since have managed to block my account with them and I cant get back into it as I forgot my password and they now wont reset it)

But, I thought I would try and set OH up on it just to check everything is OK on it but cant....

I dont really understand it, his address history is the same as mine for the past 5 years (both on electrol roll) and he's had his cards for years as well. Ive tried it with both of his bank cards (both Visa Debit) but still no joy. I just get Sorry, we haven’t been able to verify and validate your identity and can’t provide your credit report.
I really at a loss how they can verify my identity but not him, especially as he's linked to my credit file anyway.....

Weird that Equifax can and Noddle can't verify me. I'm on electoral roll and my debit card was issued in July 2012....so strange. Any ideas please??
