Bonus Nectar points not being added

Hi, anyone else notice Nectar bonus points not being added?
A few months back I bought a treadmill online, and chose a retailer that was giving triple nectar points (as a couple of retailers were selling the same item at the same price).
Within a week I received the normal nectar points but not the 'bonus' points and I'm still waiting.
I went through the official Nectar website to make my purchase and this isn't the first time I have noticed these bonus points not being honoured.:question:

Email Nectar customer services on their web site, give them your purchase details and they may add the points you're missing

Thanks for your reply, we've done this three times now, first time they said to wait a month, so I waited and they weren't awarded so I emailed again and told to wait another month, still no points added. Ive emailed today and have demanded they tell me why they've not been awarded when they are showing in my pending points tab. There is a list of other online pending points that still haven't been awarded too!! We chose to buy from a specific retailer via nectar and it turns out that they don't like awarding points wherever they can.
Frustrating!

I started doing Adpoints last week and noticed my balance had gone back to 0 on the adpoints page, which it does every Sunday apparently but the points hadn't been added to my Nectar account and nothing is showing as pending. On the Nectar website it says to wait 35 days and then contact them. How am I supposed to remember how many Adpoints I've made each week? Annoying.

There is a section on your account on adpoitns which shows how many points you've made each week.

I had 500 bonus points removed, they were for making a purchase though amazon and there was no explanation for it. I wasn't impressed!

hi I've been doing the adpoints for the last three weeks and thought they would be added to my nectar account staightaway after the sunday night cut off,but find they are added next day(certainly never had to wait 35 days!).It's a bit tedious but hey,an extra fiver a month so I shall stick with it.:p
