Hi,
I have finally been able to get myself out of a whole nightmare of debt by selling some shares in my company and changing my mortgage.
So i got a credit report today and i have paid off 5 CCJ's, but to my horror there was one on their for £4400 that i had totally forgotten about and i haven't received a thing about since i got it in 2004. Does the statutory 6 year rule that i have read talked about here apply to that too if i just keep my head down or do i need to address this too?
I was so happy that i was clean and CCJ clear that i nearly felt sick when i saw this on the report.
Incidentally it appears to only be on Experian and not Equifax as it was an Equifax report that i pulled off (6 months ago) at the time of working out what i needed etc.
Cheers Guys & take it from me when you pay everything off (well nearly it would seem!) it's a great feeling!!! :j :j

hi there - it is 6 years from when it went onto your report. It will drop off in 2010, but if you pay it beforehand the status will change to 'satisfied'.
