Child Support Through REMO

Options
I have a child support arrangement with my ex who lives in the USA. This was obtained through REMO and since the original order, the ex has managed to reduce the amount to a bare minimum when he was living off his military pension of $4200 per month. He has been working since October 2012 and now earns in excess of $6500 but the child support amount hasn't changed. I lost my job and would like the amount to be reviewed. Both my local court and REMO say they don't have processes to review orders, just to start new ones. The ex knows this, hence hasn't made the local child support agency aware of the fact he has a job. Has anyone else had experience of this and how did you go about seeking a review?

Many thanks.
