Just got sent this link by Amazon. Think it's finally convinced me to go ahead and spend my pennies on a 360!

I am waiting for my delivery of this play deal:

Xbox 360 Premium Console + 4 Games + Extra Controller

It is £20 more as the Amazon deal, but you get the same as the Amazon package, but also PGR 3, Live Arcade vol. 1 and an extra wireless controller.

Can't wait to get on Xbox Live again!

The Amazon deal now beats the Play.com deal. They too are now including PGR3, Live Arcade vol.1 and wireless controller + Gears and Crackdown and doing it for £269.99. That is an absolute steal!

Looks like the release of the 360 Elite must be imminent, but from the reviews ive read the HDMI output doesnt make a great deal of difference to the HD quality. Also the 120GB HD is only a must if you need the extra space....

Personally i would rather have the discounted Premium package which i have just ordered from Amazon... ;-)

Gutted! I have had the play deal for 2 days and now it can be bought even cheaper. Still, fantastic deal at Amazon!
