Problems printing from supersavvyme?

Does anyone have problems with this? It's really bugging me just says "loading" constantly. What am I doing wrong?

I've had the same problem on my laptop. Have uninstalled and re-installed the coupon printer I have used different browsers everything I can think of but it doesnt work. Tried on my boyfriends - same printer worked fine so i'm clueless. He will just have to put up with me hassling him to print coupons constantly!

It's the first time I've tried it, I tried it at work as I don't have a printer at home and they're really nice and don't mind. Just my luck it doesn't work! Never mind I'll try again tomorrow

My default browser is Chrome and it never works with that. I've tried with IE but that's pretty temperamental. I've also tried uninstalling/reinstalling, as well as allowing pop-ups, etc, but not found a permanent solution yet unfortunately. Nice to know it's not just me having this problem though!
