I have received a flyer from the energy saving fund offering grants in:- windows/doors,electrical re-wires,boiler replacements,roofing,stating all home owners are eligible.The web address is https://www.energysavingfund.net.This all seems too good to be true,has anyone else come across this and it is a new scam?
