Nope, put in one pint container, microwave for time needed for it to be hot enough (I normally go for two and a half minutes), put lid on container, hold in tea towel and shake like mad.
Wash out container ready for next use!!Children are born with wings .... Teachers help them to flyOne day your life is going to flash in front of your eyes.... Make sure it's worth watching!!!!!0 -
Reminds me a pal of mine years ago who gave me an "untouched" glass of wine he'd not drunk - it had a frothy top?? - tasted funny but I drank it to be polite. Only a few weeks later I noticed when he drank anything he'd spit a little back into the glass ... nice!0

I don't use one myself but DD has small hand whisk from Ikea that she swears by.0

I have the bodum one. It does produce slighly smaller bubbles than the other ones, but to be honest microwaving and whisking with a frother or the small hand held whisk produces almost the same results. My advice would be save your moneyPlease forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.0

We have a battery operated frother which the kids like to use on their hot chocolate (like in your first pic OP) and it works pretty well (and keeps them busy for a short while
). We've had ours for ages, but I spotted them in my local 99p store last week if you want to give one a go

I've got one of those battery operated frothers. DH uses it to mix up one of his medications which needs whisking into water, LOL, so don't use it for milk any more.
If we want frothy milk we've got a frother on the coffee machine now.

Btw, if you want cheaper coffee from a Senseo machine, you can buy a replacement pod holder which you can fill with ground coffee. Try EbayPlease forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.0
