Out of bankruptcy - dealing with the CRA entries

Hi,
Hope someone can help here - have checked the post on clearing up my credit file after bankruptcy (some good info and have made loads of phone calls so far to try to get it all resolved)
Anyway back to my question.
I was made bankrupt May 2010, discharged a year later - just getting around to checking my credit file and oh what a mess !!
I have spoken to just about everyone and most are helpful although all have been reporting every month and registering as defaults !
There is 1 however Amigo Loans - says delinquent as of June 2012 but still being updated (most recent 01.04.13) do I need to contact these people - is this going to affect my attempts at a clean up?
Should defaults be still live? One of the companies I spoke with (MacKenzie Hall) said yes they will be reporting on these for 6 years despite the bankruptcy - I have raised a complaint on this.
Also there are 3 ccj's registered but all Northampton Court - is that not a central processing point and if so how do I go about getting these deleted/updated/wiped?
I am so sorry to be asking all these questions but I really ahve done loads myself and am a little stuck here.
Thanks in anticipation.

Amigo should be contacted the same as the others.
The default for Mackenzie Hall stays, but it should be marked as settled/satisfied as of your discharge date. if it's not, then you need to complain and get it corrected. Tell them that unless they correct it, you will be taking the matter to the FOS and ICO.
CCJs work differently to defaults. Bankruptcy doesn't satisfy them or wipe then out. It just renders them unenforceable against you. The BR doesn't change how they appear on your credit report sadly.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
