..really want to buy some for my friend's birthday on Saturday but haven't a clue where to buy it from?! 
I have seen it advertised on-line but I'd like to just go into a shop and buy it.. has anyone seen it for sale anywhere?

I've seen it for sale in supermarkets before, but it wasn't the 75% stuff you get abroad. Maybe a specialist off license0

It's a long shot, but if you happen to be in York, I've bought the Bulgarian Hapsburg Absinthe
(85% :eek:) from Beer-Ritz in Goodramgate YO1 7LS. It was £50 for a ½ litre bottle, but did get three of us quite drunk. :beer:
Edit: This is the proper top-quality job, so is a little on the pricey side, but well worth it. If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0 -
