Hi there,
Depending upon the individual circumstances and importantly the lender selection, then yes there are lenders that would include these as income.
Good luckI am a Mortgage Broker

Probably worth a chat with a broker, as it will all be subject to the detailed circumstances.

There is an earned income too - though as a Limited company, so minimal plus dividends (average monthly income is £1750)
Will certainly be calling a broker too. Just wanted to pick the collective brains of MSE as well!
to see if anyone specifically knew of any worth calling. 0 -
No worries, cannot get into the detail of name dropping lenders as could be construed as advice (which is an issue)
There will be solutions assuming the rest of the detail is satisfactory, suggest you see what you can locate and/or what a broker can come up with.
If this is the only issue, then you may be able to deal with this yourself directly although be careful in branches/over telephones the advisor has one set of products to pick from and could be targeted on applications.
This may lean towards being subjective and therefore ensure they do not credit search you until you know they have solutions and you fit criteria.
