Do you claim single person discount on your Council Tax?

Looks fine to me too. They don't allow the emergency fund but you could add that to groceries and it's likely you will avoid an IPA. Do you subscribe to professional bodies, need dry cleaning on suits for work for instance.

Emergency fund is allowed it is £10 per person. Haircut is £10 per person. Clothing is fine at £30 as you are running at a negative any way.

Just say you have been to the CAB for an initial appointment and have a date for a new in-depth appointment with them to discuss your debt and would like the balance you owe them sent to you.

Don't say you are contemplating BR, they tend to up the ante if you do.

Can you make a rough estimate of your creditors and the approximate totals? I'm sure some will have gone up with interest but it is a start. In the end it doesn't really matter what the totals are as far as you are concerned as it will go in to your bankruptcy anyway.
