What do you mean by "wasn't actioned"?
Grievances have timescales that management are required to meet, if they have sat on your grievance and done nothing, I would go to the next stage (escalate to higher level of management).Don’t be a can’t, be a can.0 - 
            Yes, that's what I mean. They did nothing. Assuming they would tell me if they had, which I think they are required to.
I admit, all this is new to me and a bit of a minefield. I don't really know what is or isn't supposed to happen, hence asking here.
I raised this grievance in March when these events happened and I am aware he is still at that office. I have heard nothing since. The grievance I raised was about rumour-spreading as, at the time what he said had to be described as an 'unfounded allegation' even though I knew it to be a lie. The specifics of the grievance were that he had spread round the office allegations that I had made racist comments to him, leading to threats of violence against me. The investigators have now had it confirmed by others present that there was no such language used, despite he alleged I had shouted it at him. So they now know 'officially' that it is a lie. The worst kind of lie, too. Yet he is still there at our previous office.
They didn't action my grievance in March and they haven't moved him or suspended him now, despite receiving the results of the investigation about 3 weeks ago.
I think it's all extremely bad management and very biased against me, whose career and health have suffered for what amounts to a pack of lies. I must be able to do something about it?0 -

I am disappointed that I didn't get any constructive advice from this site. I know it's an amateur site but I did think I may get a bit of constructive advice.0
