CL Finance again

Hi there
I know there's other threads like this, but I am in a Payplan DMP and have just had a look at my credit report. One of my creditors, CL Finance, has recorded my payments as 6 months late for the last few years despite showing most of the previous years as green. I have another debt passed to them and that one is marked as an agreement to pay. Putting down debts as 6 months late/missed payments appears to me to be unfair because it is implying I am not making efforts to repay the debt. Can I get them to change this? Any help and advice appreciated.

Yes, make a written complaint and tell them if they don't remove the late payment markers you will complain to the Financial Ombudsman and Office of Fair Trading. They have eight weeks to deal with your complaint before you can go to the Ombudsman.
