I had a look at the restaurants that are doing the offer, and while some of them are quite cheap places where you could probably eat for £15 anyway (eg Bistro 1 chain), some are much more upmarket venues like Bleeding Heart Tavern or The Admiralty. There's a few outside London too, in Oxford, Bedford etc.
