Hi I'm currently in an IVA sticking to everything is quite a struggle at the minute
If I went BR through non payment so my creditors make me BR
Or do I still have to pay the BR fees?

Hi,
If your IVA failed (due to non payment) then I think it is unlikely your creditors would make you BR unless you have a substantial asset.
Your IP might make you BR, but often not as they claim insufficient funds have entered in to the IVA to finance the BR.
So, you would probably have to find your own fees. Don't forget that you could pay in to your BR for 3 years in the form of an IPA, so there is a lot to weigh up.
