I placed an order with them at the beginning of March 2007, glasses were said to have been shipped with in 10 days of placing the order. 1 month went by and I had not received them so I contacted them. They apologized and said that there glasses come from Shanghi and can take time however in stead of a refund I could place another order at no extra cost.
I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and so I contacted them with a new frame that I wanted, this was placed at the beginning of May and again I don’t have my glasses. What’s even more suspicious is that I can no longer log into my account to track my order; it seems not to exist any more...how strange.
Despite my numerous emails, they don’t seem to answer my question correctly but instead they cut and paste the same answer to my question which I find very frustrating.
Today I have emailed them and I have asked for my money to be refunded. Let hope they answer me first time and refund me.
My advice is that although they offer very cheap to good to be true designer frames from a nice looking website, don’t order with them as it is too good to be true and you probably won’t get them.

I would recommend that you get your money back even if you could get the glasses made by them. I had my glasses done, they looked great and were the correct prescription - but when the metal frame split on both sides after two months they ignored my requests for a repair or replacement. As they are based in US it isnt worth pursuing legally so that £64 was wasted - not cheap when they do not respond to complaints0

Well I hope you don't go marking my posts as spam when I try and give my opinion on glasses crafter.
In my opinion, they are really good, have two pairs from them now, really good quality, free thin and light lenses and attractive frames at an affordable price.Young moneysaver in the making
