How much will make a difference?

Hi guys,

I have been a member of this board for several years now but have not been very active lately. The reason is simple: we paid off a lot of debt in three years (so now we have only the mortgage which we are not paying fast; but this is another story). Now I post only when somneone needs support urgently or needs a tip on something.

Lately though I have been asing myself a question:

"How much money will make the difference between financial ruin and starting to climb out of trouble?"

What do you think?

£1 more than you need to make minimum or token payments to your debts is all it takes.

Less than that means you're just treading water, that amount or more means you're beginning your climb out of trouble.
Debt free, moved, got new stuff for the new flat - got everything I wanted and need - now just saving.
