Help! My car is a lemon..
Hello,
I recently purchased a Abarth 500 on finance, the finance company the dealer used was barclays personal loan. Which I did not know at the time it was a personal loan.
But soon after I bought the car, a few problems started developing. Which they tried to fix, then they same back, so fixed again, then came back. All in all they've had the car a over 7 times for one problem. Not to mention the rest.
They damaged my car whilst it was having work done on it, and went in for a problem and they caused another problem on the car.
So, at the moment the car has been at Fiat for a whole month!!! Ive only owned the car since january!!
Ive lost all faith in the car and the dealer, Im not paying good money to drive a little courtesy car.
I want my money back, how do i do this!

You say "Please can I have my money back".
If they reply positively, that's the end of the matter!0 -
Sales of goods act I believe.
The garage must fix or refund. You may be better asking on the motoring board.
This website may assist you too..

If the garage have failed to rectify the problem, have you made a written complaint to FIAT?
You are not entitled 'your money back'. The dealer can repair, replace or refund at their discretion. And they'll do it in that order. No free lunch, and no free laptop

Though after giving them reasonable opportunity to do as above you can go to trading standards. There is a right to reject as not merchantable if the car or anything else wasn't suitable for purpose from the beginning.0 -
fiat = fix it again tommorowDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
