mortgage up part intrest part repayment

first time on mse can anyone tell me what i can do with my interest only and capital repayment mortgage the endowment part matures in 4 year time but the mortgage deal is up end of may but now building society wont entertain the endowment part which i have to move away from dunfermline bs to nationwide want to put it all into capital repayment the endowment part was for 44500k but only getting back 30k approx which would have finished in 4y time but now have to upto 10y is ther anyone out ther who will take the endowment part at 30k
