5 Yr Fixed Deal At An End What to Do??

Hi

Our 5 yr fixed 5.63% deal ended last month, we have arrears of £4k from a payment holiday, there has been no contact from the lender, so what happens now, does our mortgage continue at this rate or?????

Call them and find out what your rate is (if you don't know already!).

Our deal has just ended with Direct Line and they informed us of the new rate by letter a week before it did.

Just called them, reason we had not heard anything was the term ends in June and not April, (my mistake), and the rate will revert to 2.7% which is a little bit of a result.
