The exchange rate hasn't been "normal" for a long time...
AUD1.5 = GBP1.
That 2 bed terrace in Tooting is looking *very* cheap by Sydney's standards.
Also, "In excess of $825k" means that when it goes for Auction, they'll want over $900k.
You could get a lot for GBP 600k...

A very pokey little 2 bed terrace as well and far too close to the high street which is not exactly one of the nicest areas of London.
Still, if you moved it half a mile north...
