My husband is currently off sick following an accident in November 2012. He has 2 days unclaimed holiday for the year 2012. Can he ask for payment for the days?

he can ask and they could pay it but it should roll over into this year and be used when he is back from the sick. If he doesn't return it should be paid with the holiday he is gaining at the moment.Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked0

My OH's employer had a 'use it or lose it' policy.
If you didn't use all your holiday days by the end of the year, you lost them, they didn't get carried over.Herman - MP for all!
