My friend has had a Landlord's Insurance with Paymentshield for 10years(No Claims)
He bought another house to rent out and rang them for a quote.
He was told they are not issuing new Policies at the moment as they are sorting out "Legality Wordings"
They gave him "Our Sister Company Towergate" Phone Number.
Paymentshield are advertising Landlord's insurance online!!!
Does anyone know anything about this?:question:

I went in last night and did a Landlord's Insurance quote. There was no problem. Perhaps they are not taking direct business at the moment.
The Riding family sold Paymentshield to Towergate a few years ago and it is not having any money troubles.I am a mortgage broker.
