What's the figure for voluntary repossessions or in instances where people request forbearance to allow time to sell a property?

Very good questions.

I dont know the answers to be frank and honest.

It would be interesting to know the figures as they could be the hidden stats that may paint an altogether different picture.

I like how you have worded the request of forbearance as it is not always easy to get lenders to agree to this even where equity is concerned espcially if possession proceedings have started.
