Hi
My company has just gone into Administration, they do plan to keep most of the outlets running as normal while they look for a buyer, but I was wondering what happens to my contract, can they changes be made? do the employer contributions to my pension stop? So many questions....where can I find help with this?
Thanks for any advice

If you are bought by another company you will be tuped over. This means you are entitled to stay on the same terms and conditions as previously but they may well incentivise you to harmonise to the new companies ts and cs. There are different rules for pensions, I am not so sure about that.0
