Want rid of debt

Hi all

Some advice please? Currently have some bits I want to pay off, and wanted to know any opinions on the best way to do it!

Have a £920 overdraft with Barclays, as well a £300 and £390 balances on two work loans that I want to pay off.

Have had bad credit for years, so a credit card is out of the question, but wanted to see if there was any other options:)

Your debt isn't huge on the grand scale of things. Taking out more debt to pay it off, isnt the answer.

Post an SOA on here (Sticky giving the link at the top of the DFW board), this will show us your incomings and outgoings and we can adivces how you can save money and cut back, so you can pay off your debts.

It would be helpful to know the interest rates on your individual debts. As Lottie said they are fairly small so a lifestyle change and a good month of selling things you no longer need will clear it quickly.

I'd recommend ebay for the smaller stuff and gumtree for the larger stuff. Boot sale anything less than a fiver and you should have enough things lying around to make you a few hundred. (i'm always suprised at what will sell!)
