My big greenhouse has odd sized panes and some oddly shaped ones. usually go into the glazier armed with a diagram of the piece I want with measurements. I seal my panes in now as well as just using clips. It's cut down on breakages massively.
It is quite an expensive outlay in the beginning but pays for itself in the long run.

That makes sense. Do you seal the entire frame or just spot dib it?

We've got stuff waiting to go in there. We've got stuff on order waiting to go in there. All we need is "there" to go there lol

    Thank you :)

I'm excused all washing up for the next couple of days. Sadly, I'm not excused from washing my hair!

Off to A later. I'm liking the RTCs and also, separately, liking some of the prices at T at the moment! It seems they've gone to lower prices than what they were before... and lower than ones when I last stocked up:(. Some of T's offers are now also the same price as M's - which not only opens things up to N. Ireland but also potentially allows the rest of us to test what's coming back for M's.

For example I've noticed the Douge Egberts coffees (190g), Indulgence or Pure, are now £3.29 for T (until 14/5, i.e. 13/5), matching M's price (sorry for the typo on that in my M list last week:o). Kipling Viennese Whirls (6) are also 65p in T (though I'm sure you'll have RTCs cheaper than that and thus I shouldn't be mentioning this at 65p:rotfl:.) (These should be reflected on my M list when I get round to it(!).) Take a look through the 'savvy buys' (no relation) and 'top offers' for T on MSM - beats looking at a pack of three peaches for £1:eek: in A.

However M now have their Lemon Bleach 2L on at £1.25 (I compared Avs T's £1.50 on my last shopping!). Both T and A have now reduced to £1.50 the price of those wipes I compared last week vs S at £1.80:eek::(. So, despite our comparing, are we really saving money or not??

T have the Nouvelle Soft 9 + 9 free pack at £2.50 (shame I suspect Sains. don't compare on BM as the terms specifically exclude 'extra free' items - unless there's any glitch???).

The Surf washing powders that were £5.25 "until 7/5" are still at £5.25 for T (still A vs T, therefore) but they're certainly not that reduced price for M!

Just noticed, some of the Cow and Gate 4pk (i.e. those that are on MSM for both A and T) are now 3 for £3 for T - so buy in 3s at A for, in effect, 3 for £2.70 i.e. 90p each (unless you have store staff discount cards anyway). So we were ripped off when we bought at £1.79 in T and PP'd back to A's £1.00 price!:D

We had a very MSE morning.

Its our 1st full day as home alone parents so instead of doing our usual Saturday things we decided to do something different so we went to Chester on the train, parked car at work so no parking fees and used the train passes.

There used to be a free rail link bus between Chester station and the city centre but its now £1 per person . So despite the weather we had a nice walk into town browsing some nice little shops en route. Saved £2

Usually if we got to Chester we get a free coffee first from the little Waitrose and use our Waitrose cards, sit somewhere nice to drink it, but as it raining we didnt.

I got 2 Express newspapers from BHS for 50p each to get my free tubs of Onken yogurt for £1.20.

I'd also got two £10 Marks clothing vouchers to use by May 19th so as there were quite a few final reductions rails I went right through to find somethign practical and useful and finally found a swimsuit, black plain vest and an oatmeal jumper, till girl had no problem taking both coupons and the final £10 I paid for with my gift card :T

We then did a full circuit of the charity shops, Boots sale shelves and New Look sales rails but nothing took our fancy.

By which time it was lunch time so as I had printed off my Piano and Pitcher voucher we went there. If you subscribe to their monthly email updates you get an offer email each month which you can either print off or just show your email on your phone as its just the code they need.

The Piano and Picher in Chester is lovely, leather sofas and wooden floors and over looks the ampitheatre. And free wi fi.

This month in the update there was a code to show to the girl at the bar to get a free Pimms or a free pint of Budweiser so I got the Bud for OH - worth £4.50. I also asked if I could use the other offer and she said it would be no problem. The other offer is If you get the sharing flatbread you also get 2 glasses of rose included - the wine is worth about £4.15 a glass each
So for £8.15 - less than a McDonalds lunch we had a lovely Mozzarella and Garlic mushroom sharing flatbread, 2 glasses of rose and a pint of Bud

So slightly tipsy, not used to lunch time drinking we walked back to the station - another £2 saved by not used the rail link bus.

Total spend for the morning less than a tenner :T

dont watch football - just rugby union. did a singer lead? when a singer does the lead it tends to knock things out of sinc and spoil things. much better to just let the crowd sing alone. :)
