sorry guys a clubcard+ is no longer issued. but if you have one it does get renewed. its a card which you top up with money and use to spend in tosco only. you get an extra 1 point for every £ you spend. they used to give you a good interest rate before the credit card came out, thats why i got it. interest rate is quite low now but arnt all rates low.

Something else before my time :o

So today's been a good news/bad news day MSE wise....

Good news i got to use my BBQ and garden furniture :D

Bad news - i drank my last Bavaria today :(

Bad news - when i took the cardboard sleeve off the sausages i had defrosted i realised the pack had been split since before i bought them :(

Good news Ts replaced my 75p whoopsie pack with new pack

Bad news i was charged 2x£1 for 2xcoke 1.5litres despite SELs of £1.68 BOGOF

Good news DTD with a smile :money:

Bad news - i helped my mum pick a 39 inch tv yesterday for £238. Today i saw a 40inch, same make, for £190

Good news - the tv wasnt for me :rotfl:

Good news - got some goodwill MOCs in the post from Dr Oetker (home Baking not pizzas) and pampers for giving recent feedback

Good news - a plumber mate fixed my shower and installed an outside tap for the promise of a few

Bad news. - 30 mins later and we had a leak coming through the ceiling and mate was unreachable on phone

Good news - i borrowed a neighbours ladder to get up into the loft and identified the problem which mate has since said is an easy fix tomorrow. So no emergency callout or repair bills

Good news - i've never been in the loft before. My own ladders are too short and with my bad arm i couldnt pull myself up (filthmongers resist temptation :rotfl:). Now that i've been up there i can confirm there is oodles of space to stash :D

Darn, I knew I had forgotten something!

The offer is good. Not as good as the Argos one earlier this year, but good all the same if you shop at the stores that have the gift cards. I am sure there was also a Pizza Hut one.
    . ;)

I liked that one too. I liked it a lot :money:
