Sorry to read your news Sarahdol :( RIP Harry :A

Happy Birthday to choclate24 and Frequent

Well, it seems that the postmen around here have stopped trying to leave parcels with neighbours. Have been red carded twice in the last week when my next door neighbours on both sides have been in. Wouldn't be as bad but it's a nightmare for me to get to the post office as the door isn't wide enough to fit our pushchair through!

Says on the card that parcels can't be collected for 24h but DH has rung this afternoon and apparently they are there and ready to collect so he will stop off on the way home from work.
Really hoping one of them is my wrist splints. Not sure what the other will be. Won the all bran the other day, are they arriving yet? Unless my hospital appt letter has to be signed for...? Will no doubt be something dull :rotfl:

The same here, our postman always used to leave parcels with a neighbour, well I was in this morning, walked down the hallway and saw a red card, had to go shouting down the street after him, he didnt even knock he said, as he knows I am usually out on a friday morning, the cheek of it, circumstances change, and I was in today.

Just broken the news to the children, they are devastated, poor things, it is so heartbreaking. I just feel so empty, and I can't stop crying, have had to move all his feeding bowls, cat scratcher, and bits that he plays with, as its upsetting me. Just waiting for OH to come home so we can bury him.
