    Bit of bad news :(

10 year old DS found Harry the cat, in a garden around the corner from our house, he was playing with some friends and heard a crying.

Harry is now at the vets, he has broken his right leg, possible shattered his pelvis, his lip all bleeding, they are not sure if he has internal bleeding.

They have given him a course of painkillers and are keeping him in for observation over night and then x rays in the morning. They are thinking he may have to have his leg amputated, as the break is quite bad by looking at it.

Harry broke his left leg a couple of years ago, and had to have it pinned into place after a lengthy op.

Felling very sad tonight, my poor baby.

Oh bless poor Harry. How awful and upsetting. Fingers crossed that they don't have to amputate. X

On the breakfast tab click keep me updated (or something similar, can't quite remember :o) and they'll send you an email with a code for a free box :D

I've also clicked on the same thing under children's in case they do something similar

    Evening all

Sorry to read about Harry, Sarahdol. I hope the vet can work some magic (((hugs)))
Hope you feel better soon Nannylala :A

Am not caught up still so hope everyone else doing ok :)

Hands getting on my nerves (literally!!) now so have bitten the bullet and ordered two wrist splints from Amazon. Haven't seen any locally and not got the chance to go anywhere they might sell them. Have read quite a few positive stories that they can help overnight and am desperate for a decent nights sleep now so am willing to risk £20....

Managed to win some of the cereals so thank you to the OP :D

Healthy eating drive has commenced without going to extremes. Have avoided pizza deal and by luck Mr T had left 3 of the fruit and veg coupon leaflets in trays with my online shop. They haven't reached the Ts up the road so I was :D Have definately noticed shopping bill increase now i'm more selective about glitches and buying more fresh fruit and veg so coupons will come in handy. Will be worth it though :) Have lost 5lb in last two weeks. Only 3 and a half stones to go  :rotfl:

    Hi logie
The wrist splints certainly helped me with carpel tunnel. I got mine from an old fashioned type chemist, if you have one nearby maybe you could cancel amazon and get them quicker. Well done with your weight loss :T xx
Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.
