I won another box of cereal - twice this week - but I think I was using OHs facebook account and the other computer so I think that is OK and not breaking any rules :)

    Morning all.
Grabbed lots of whoopsied meat last night (whoopsies were out when I got to my local and there was no riot! Not sure why everyone was being civilised for a change ) I normally just walk straight past as I like to keep my limbs :D but DD had already nipped over and started loading up my trolley :D
Wombled a PP this morning for £1.06 :D and found just over a quid in floor pennies too :D
Feel I'm having a really good day today, had a quick look over the finances (I've been keeping a 'little book of numbers' since 1st Jan) and I'm astonished to find how much our household spend has dropped off since the start of the year.
You guys are amazing, you've taught me so much :T I feel a lot less stressed over money at the moment as we seem to have breathing space every month and are making headway with our debts, that shiny new house we dream of seems to finally be coming closer (all be it very, very slowly!).
Anyway better have a quick catch up :)
    Historic Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!
    Mortgage started June 2015 = £170,000 January 2022 = £134,000
    Saving for Xmas 2022= . . Amazon £55

You could buy 4 cheese and a banana, onion and so on as fillers and use all three coupons that are in the summer brochure. You don't have to spend the amount stated on them. Yesterday I bought 2 bags of salad at 14p each and a strawberry box £2 and they scanned fine. Hth :)

and people wonder/complain when some stores crack down on any and all MOCs.:wall:

I see RSH are responding to some complaints on their wall

    From this morning:
Unfortunately, we've experienced some problems with the £10 Travelodge giveaway. We're looking into it currently and will update you as soon as we can. We're sorry for the inconvenience caused. Thanks, RSH

I wonder if they will honour some/backtrack.....

Just to let you know the pictures that witch hazel posted yesterday for Mr S %75 is now in store so worth having a look if you are in Mr S. I got some body wash I didn't need hand wash but there is loads of of that with %75 off.

Thanks witch hazel for posting the pictures yesterday.
Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.

:( These are T in-house mocs and they have total contol over the barcode application - their mocs are usually "smart" coded and they have chosen not to embed it on these. Fair game I think :) I don't decide - I just hand over a wodge of mocs and T decides (somewhat randomly it has to be said) which ones to accept and which ones to decline.

Yes and they really should crack down on knocking socks down to 4p and then increasing the price of them;)
