They clearly do these promotions to attract customers. Yet everytime their website falls over or they have problems with the accounts. Seems that they haven't invested enough resource in the infrastructure.

My own personal observations only, but I have often found cheaper tickets on train operators own websites - tickets that the train operators don't seem to be supplying to resellers. I see that RSH have changed the wording of their advertising to avoid saying they guarantee to be the cheapest ticket available now. Couple that with evouchers arriving and disappearing, some vouchers not appearing at all etc I am now only using RSH where I can collect the ticket from the local station the same day I buy them. I'm not risking buying in advance if I can't pick up until the day I travel.

I'm still waiting for my Tesco ticket to show in my RSH account.
