hi
My canon MG2250 had an original cartridge
and my Hp deskjet 5940 had a compatable
Both were refilled but neither works
Im officially rubbish lol x
Hi cjj have you done a cartridge cleaning cycle and then tried a test print yet.
Or is the comp just telling you something and refusing to print.
If so what is the something
I know with epson it is the print utility that decides when it is empty when in reality there is plenty of ink left
These may be worth a read
