Hi tbear06. We had this problem a while ago and it took nearly two weeks of ping ponging emails to sort out. They then blocked it again stating that we were duplicating our receipts. All is clear now after I contacted the mse tcb representative, who is really helpful.

I suggest you have a look at the Topcashback forum
