Glad I'm not alone.
I've taken to rescanning the receipt and resubmitting it and so far it's worked fine.
I tried messaging them on the e-mail address I had from a couple of months back when we had issues at the start but it doesn't work now. Do you just submit a query on clicksnap itself? I couldn't make head or tail of how to

Ditto, happens everytime I select 2.

Requested a call back from them last week. They admitted the system isn't working as it should, but couldn't say when/if it would be resolved anytime soon.
Opposite problem for T C B in that if you send more than one picture of a receipt it duplicates the offer and therefore can get declined because it thinks you've already claimed.
