dw wants curtains from argos today, so we will pop into tosco on the way to get argos gift cards. get £50 worth spend a further £10 on shopping and hopefully get 150 extra points (gift card spend £50). petrol coupon £60 spend. ill also use my double points mailing. get it all with my clubcard pluse which should also add a further 60 points.

Can you let us all know how the double points works out please?

I don't think it will apply to the gift cards but would love to be proven wrong

the receipt shows that double points coupon was used, i spent £13.97 + £50 on gift cards.
points this visit was 163 of which 150 was for getting cards.
so none of the double points was showing on receipt. my clubcard 'plus' bonus points never show either. but ill check my account in a few days to see exactly whats been added. but i did get the petrol coupon. but i agree unlikely to double the money spent on gift cards but i will check.

I used a double points voucher this week too and it just shows on the receipt with the coupon as double points.
I didn't find out how many I'd got till a few weeks later when it hit my account (no gift cards bought so i can't help out)
    Guess it's a waiting game now :(
