Was the bird free range?? Also, is it a hen or a !!!!, and if needed, would you be able to pluck her/him and take out the giblets?? I know it is frozen now, and it wont arrive for this sunday, but with additional postage, will the bird be able to be here for next Sunday as I have my aunty coming round for dinner?
