Those bits in bold, make this a really poor buy. 20" TFT screens that are not even full HD can be picked up for peanuts. I only commented on the processor before, but this really is an underspecked PC for today's market.
I would advise, if you want a cheap PC, looking on your local FB an eBay pages or invest £300-£400 and get a desktop system that hs a future proof specification.I am firmly across the line. I won't impose my values on you if you keep away from mine.
